Vegan Complete offers you the perfectly balanced combination of high-quality nutrients for your needs as a supplement to the vegan diet. The purely plant-based diet offers many advantages. Studies indicate, for example, a lower average body weight and a reduced risk of certain diseases. However, there are nutrients that are increasingly found in animal food sources and can therefore become critical if completely avoided. You should be aware of these and replace them with suitable alternatives to prevent deficiencies.

The ingredients – optimally combined and dosed.

The complex for your immune system

Vitamin B12 is not present in plants and should therefore be supplemented. Folic acid in the form of natural folate, is contained in green leafy vegetables, but it is very sensitive and decreases significantly during storage and due to the temperature during cooking. Our product contains only the active and for the body optimally available natural forms methylcobalamin and methylfolate. Vitamin B12 and folate contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Combined with the other vitamins of the B-complex.

The element for blood formation and against fatigue

Iron is present in plants in certain amounts, but it is somewhat less available to the body than from animal sources. Our iron bisglycinate is optimally absorbed by the body. The natural vitamin C from rose hips additionally increases iron absorption. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells. Iron contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness.

The sun vitamin with the cofactor vitamin K2

Vitamin D3 contributes to a normal function of the immune system. The sun vitamin can hardly be supplied through food, but is mainly formed by the body itself under sunlight. Our vitamin D3 is 100% vegetable and is gently extracted from lichens. In our product optimally combined with the cofactor vitamin K2. Naturally in the form of the active all-trans isomer.

The trace element for skin, hair, nails and the immune system

Zinc is present in plant food, but depending on the food it cannot be completely absorbed. It is inhibited by phytic acid, which is naturally found especially in corn, soy, wheat, barley and rye bran. The zinc from food is then bound into a solid complex that cannot be utilized by the body. Our zinc bisglycinate is the organic and maximally bioavailable form. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.

The trace element for thyroid and immune system

Selenium belongs to the deficiency nutrients according to the national consumption study. This micronutrient enters plants from the soil. When we consume it, we absorb it. However, selenium content varies greatly by growing region. Our selenium is particularly available to the body as selenomethionine and is optimally dosed for daily, long-term supply. Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function. Selenium contributes to normal immune system function.

Herbal supply of omega 3 fatty acids

Omega 3 is an essential component of many structures in the body. It must be supplied through the diet, and most plant sources contain only the fatty acid ALA. Algae oil provides a vegan supply of the fatty acids DHA and EPA. These are otherwise found primarily in fatty sea fish. The omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA contribute to normal heart function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal visual function and normal brain function. Each capsule contains 300mg of Omega 3 - of which 200mg is DHA and 70mg is EPA. The starch-based soft capsule is small and particularly easy to swallow.
