Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Full-Stack Developer based in Bangkok, Thailand (Thai nationals only).
This is a full-time remote position.
As our first full-time engineering hire, you’ll work closely with the CTO and help shape product, architecture and culture from the beginning. You'll work on our existing ecommerce product, and you'll be the first to help shape our next tech-focused product expansion.
What you'll do
- Ship end‑to‑end product features across our headless Shopify storefront and internal tools
- Collaborate with our design team to build engaging UIs while independently applying your backend skills to integrate the required data and features
- Collaborate directly with the CTO to define technical direction and delivery milestones
- Build pragmatic internal tooling that empowers the whole team
- Own problems: identify opportunities, validate ideas with data, and drive solutions to production

What you’ll need to succeed
- Built and shipped full‑stack web apps using React
- Worked with modern TypeScript/React stacks
- Thrived with high autonomy, taking ownership and owning outcomes end‑to‑end
- End-to-end knowledge of modern web app architecture (including relational databases, API design, cloud infrastructure, and security) as well as best development practices
- AI-Native - you know how to leverage tools like Cursor, Claude Code etc. to maximise your productivity
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Bonus points for
- Familiarity with Next.js
- Familiarity with working in international, cross-cultural teams
- German language skills
- Knowledge in the health, nutrition and supplements space

- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui
- API: tRPC, GraphQL, Drizzle ORM with Postgres
- Monorepo - if you’ve ever used the T3 Stack, you’ll feel right at home.
- Commerce: Shopify (headless storefront, integrated via Shopify’s GraphQL)
- In-house software for order management on-site in Munich
